The 2010 NBA Slam Dunk winner
Nate Robinson measures 5 foot 9 in height, or 1.75 meters. He's currently 25 years of age and in his fourth season in the NBA playing for the New York Knicks. He won last year's Slam dunk contest as well as the 2006 contest. One of his most memorable dunks in 2006 was a celebration of smaller dunkers, as he did a dunk over former 1986 winner Spudd Webb. In the 2009 contest, Robinson donned a green Knicks uniform and had a prevailing "KryptoNate" theme to spar with previous champion Dwight Howard's Superman theme. At one point, Nate vaulted right over Howard to win the contest, giving him his second dunk trophy, and making him the reigning champion heading into Saturday's showdown.
Nate was able to beat out his 3 opponents: Gerald Wallace, DeMar DeRozan and Shannon Brown Saturday night. It helped to be well-received and Robinson was easily a crowd favorite in Dallas due to his size. Fans in the audience must have been wondering how tall is Nate Robinson after seeing his leaping abilities. Although some say the 2010 dunk contest was not as good as years past, it still showed the skills of one of the league's smallest players as he completed several impressive dunks to win the trophy.
